I can imagine this is a tough time for your family. One insight I would offer is to think about how the demographic has changed. Yes, many businesses are closed but there are also a lot of people in the neighbourhood who would usually be in the central city. How can you help get these people what they need? And how can you let them know you are back in business? It may feel counterintuitive but you must invest in some marketing. There are many very cost effective options out there right now.

Uber eats is an option but they take 30%. Self-delivery is another option but you must have all the health and safety requirements covered. Consider packaging, how does this need to change?

Take a breath, weigh up all the costs and assess whether it makes sense to reopen now or can you afford to wait.
