I reinforce @vicky-taylor point of view, get good advice on your lease and be transparent with landlord on your situation and the reality is other tenants will be in the same position too. It’s times like this that people remember how they treated each other. I would hold firm on not paying until your know your position as I can’t see them attracting new tenants anytime soon either… follow your gut and do the right thing! Stay strong and look after yourself and your people! and if you no who some of your regular customers are call them or get in touch and see how you could do business with them under level 3 as at least it may give you an insight to the feasibility of how and when you open back up too… CC
