Perhaps ask your team to think about what changes can be made to your business post lock-down. As a business owner I find that our staff have some fantastic ideas. Your staff might have ideas on what can be done better, what might bring people back, new initiatives etc. You don’t need to take on board everything but making your staff feel like part of the business might keep them motivated. If there are suggestions you might want to take on board then you may need to act on them now so that you’re ready post lock-down / restrictions.
