Morena Bloodshot – I am very sorry, I am sure you have tried the business help-line?

Some of the criteria has been moving around on eligibility – it is super confusing staying up to date, so we made a guide, and then also last week there was a change to allow newer businesses to be included as well – before you had to be going for 6 months, now it has changed to just 1 month as long as you meet the criteria.
