Morning Andrew – over the last 18 months we have had and heard about people losing their FB accounts; FB run a pretty separate process that is both ‘bot’ and ‘process’ driven from what we know – it is not easy when this happens; and there are no work-arounds from what we know. Will send a note to our FB contacts however I would keep doing what you are, keep pushing. All the best and I will ask our team members if they have any other suggestions; andy
