Thanks for responding so quickly, this is such a lovely platform.

1. Budgeting and forecasts and how much investment would be needed? and where best to look for that?
Im also in the dark around what numbers are good with regards to manafacturing etc
2. Distributors? or not
3. Scale and entry to market? Better to start smaller niche farro or go straight for foodstuff, progressive

These are all top of mind but in all honesty, im a cafe owner and this is all fairly new territory so id love any and all advice haha
