After listening to what Serge shared in the link Jerome provided – and what Andy shared around allocating based on projects, I totally agree with being really clear on roles/status as you mentioned. Re founder the employee scenario I am thinking of bringing on another founder, so your advice around share allocation and difference between shares outright and options is noted. Also really appreciate you highlighting the human gut feeling element to this, I like the thought exercise you shared so will look to use this tool (thank you!). You’re right in the sense that whatever we agree on, we need to have that gut feeling that it seems like the right thing to do at the time we signed it… that way there is no tension or sense of animosity in the future.
