I am not a legal expert, however I believe that where you cannot patent or trademark an idea, then you have to be first to bring it to market – not just to have the idea. Many of us are reacting to the same stimulus and market drivers, so it isn’t uncommon for a number of different independent business or people to come to similar ideas at the same time.

Ideas are great, but commercialized ideas are what you really need. Developed, tested, ready to sell…so speed is the answer I think.

I will be interested to see if there are any different ideas 🙂
