If she is acting as a sales agent for you (i.e. finding potential customers for you then referring the customer to you for you to complete the sale directly), then our software reseller agreement at https://kindrik.co.nz/templates/software-reseller-agreement/ is based on this model, however it would need to be amended as it is for software rather than a physical product.
