Morena Kitch – legally and morally you have accountability to store your member details in a way that it is not easy or obvious for their confidentiality to be breached or taken by hackers or others. I would just think about the various protocols and layers of security protection you can put in place. I am not saying Excel and Google Drive are not good enough, but many other players these days have multi-factor authentication as a means of protection. Andy
