Before you get on to the tool, it’s important to have a plan for what you need it to do.
Most CRMs are really good at tracking customers and sales so focus a lot on revenue-based metrics. They may not also be the best setup for job tracking that a print/design company needs.
Here are a few questions to consider when looking:
What data to you want to capture
Why do you want to capture it
What do you want to use it for.
If the answer to all of the above is Sales, then the systems mentioned earlier will work.
If the answer is something else then it is worth considering.
