Thanks for sharing your concern and support for this young person. It sounds like they could find some positive support from a youth development organisation – of which I’m sure there’ll be something which can offer support in this space.

I’ve had a quick look online at services in your area, and spoke with Tania from Te Aranui Youth Trust, who work with young people in the Tauranga region who are up to 14 years old. She said that if you could email her, she’ll have a hui with other providers and be able to point you in the right direction. Just share as much info as what you’ve shared here.
