There are a couple of cloud based tools out there that do make this easier for you. One I’m aware of is Proposify, and there are alternatives listed here -> https://www.g2.com/products/proposify/reviews. A good one should include cloud storage and digital signatures

Alternatively, have you spoken with a virtual assistant at all? Templating a document with automation would be pretty straight forward for them to set up for you.
